See PWD’s Progress on Roadwork in Suncrest

Date:

Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – The Roads & Drains Division of the Public Works Department in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities continues to upgrade roads in Suncrest, following days of successful milling.

The efforts are part of a broader push by the PWD to improve public infrastructure throughout the island.

The PWD began its work in Suncrest around May 13, 2026, after officially notifying residents of its intention to tackle the heavily weathered roadway that serves as a vital point of connection between Suncrest and other parts of Bird Rock.

As work continues, Public Infrastructure News will bring you the latest developments on the team’s progress in the area.
