Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – On Monday, September 14, 2026, the Roads and Drains Division (RDD) of the Public Works Department (PWD) will conduct field operations in Newton Ground, Dieppe Bay and Lodge, and continue preparations for casting the parking lot at its headquarters in Basseterre.
